The book, dedicated to the human, professional and entrepreneurial epic of Don Alfonso Costanzo Iaccarino (1872-1952) and to the link between the great Neapolitan poet Salvatore di Giacomo with Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, tells, in an extraordinary and engaging manner, the story of the moral and gastronomic heritage of founder, gathered by his grandson, Alfonso, since 1973, and the path he has travelled, with humility and tenacity until this day, together with his wife, Livia, and with his beloved sons, Ernesto and Mario.
