The singer-songwriter from Bologna will be the protagonist of the cultural event “Presenzano's Tribute to Lucio Dalla” on Friday, 15th January 2016, at 5pm, at the Red Hall of the Ducal Palace in via Amendola 1 in Presenzano, courtesy of Duke Nicola Gallerani Valeri Caldesi and of Duchess Eleonora Quinterio Brentano. The event organized by the Municipal Administration will be introduced and coordinated by Andrea Maccarelli, Mayor of Presenzano. The introduction will be followed with presentations of biographical novels by Raffaele Lauro, “Caruso The Song - Lucio Dalla and Sorrento”, by Professor Luigia Forgione, Professor of Literary Subjects; and “Lucio Dalla and San Martino Valle Caudina - In the eyes and and in the heart – Dialogues”, by architect Erminio Petecca, Councillor for Culture of San Martino Valle Caudina. Further on, the presentation of the book of poems by journalist Giuseppe Bocchino, “Versi fuori corso”, curated by Raffaele Lauro, writer and Senator of the Republic (16th Legislature). The event will conclude with the screening of the documentary film by Raffaele Lauro, “Lucio Dalla e Sorrento - Places of the Soul” (54’, with English subtitles), presented by literary critic Riccardo Piroddi. “I am pleased to return to Presenzano – said Lauro – for the presentation of the second volume of “The Sorrentine Trilogy”, dedicated to the great artist from Bologna, after the presentation of the first volume, “Sorrento The Romance”, on 22nd February 2014.
