The event organised by cultural animator, Carlo Alfaro, will be held in Sorrento on Friday, 13 December 2013 at 5.30 pm. A meeting - debate with Raffaele Lauro on the historical novel "Sorrento The Romance" - The conflict between Christianity and Islam in the sixteenth century. Have a tea with the author. The location chosen originally: the Hall of Pasticceria Gelateria Bar Pollio, Corso Italia 172, Sorrento (Naples), Italy. The meeting with readers will be hosted by Carlo Alfaro. At the opening of the event, Mauro Siniscalchi, the creator and producer of the international website in Italian and English, www.sorrentotheromance.com, will present on the screen its interactive content, linked in particular to Turkish assault of Massa Lubrense, the sack of Sorrento and the existential journey of the protagonist, Marino Correale. The university and high school students of the Sorrentine Peninsula are especially welcome at the event.
